The Eagles Hotel is ideally located for conferences, being in the centre of the old market town of Llanrwst, and can cater for large and small meetings, exhibitions and seminars.
Our large conference room overlooks the River Conwy and can can accommodate up to 150 people seated theatre style. Additionally, we can offer a small conference room which seats 12 around a conference table or up to 25 theatre style.
A television, video, fax, white board, flip chart and easel are all available on request. We also have a computerised telephone service and messages can be taken in reception. Internet and telephone lines are available in both conference rooms at an extra charge.

If you are looking for a celebration venue rather than a function venue we can also cater to you. We can hold parties of up to 150 in our banqueting suite and 12 in our smaller room.
Corporate functions may be organised throughout the year along with family celebrations and club meetings.
Our staff are always on hand to discuss you requirements and are available by appointment to discuss how we can make your celebration as stress free and sucessful as possible.
You can also hire out our large function room for weddings and have experience in planning, assisting and organising your special day to ensure everything runs smoothly and you fulfil your dreams. We pride ourselves on our expertise, courtesy and quality of food and service. From the moment your first guest arrives to the last guest retiring our staff are on hand to ensure our high quality and first class service are maintained throughout the day. Our function room will hold up to 150 guests for your Wedding Breakfast or evening buffet.
